SOCKS-Server

Bluecoat with SOCKS enabled in Grasbrunn:

cntvrndbc.opentext.net

With Bluecoat "surrogate" authentication against Open Text's AD.

Socks server 1 (Windows based - [Socks Puppet] Only supports anonymous connections)
Name: socksserv0011
Current IP: 10.3.13.164
Internal IP: 192.168.151.1
------------

Socks server 2 (Linux based - [Dante] Anonymous and tech support NIS credentials supported for connections)
Name: socksserv0012
Current IP: 10.3.12.99
Internal IP: 192.168.151.2

I don’t have a NIS credential for you but can create one if you would like one.  For now you can use the following account:
user: rnd
pass:rnd

Note that user and pass are r n d.  I notice that the email font makes it look like m d.

Internal machine
-------------------
Name: socksxp
IP: 192.168.151.100
Telnetd, FTPd, sshd and remote desktop are enabled on socksxp.

You can use the following account on socksxp for testing.
Username: tech
Password: tech

You are not limited to just accessing socksxp.  All traffic not bound for the internal network is routed through socksserv0011 back onto the general network.

I’m currently working on an additional socks server that supports Kerberos but don’t have it working yet.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,

Jeremy
